Seems to me like you need Guru for the most part.jshonuffgmail wrote:-Need a step sequencer
-Compressor
-be able to export or better drag and drop from your program to and midi track
-and a roll function like the mpc or a button that you can press like shift or Control on you keyboard then when you touch your midi controller it will roll
-be able to be press one but and set up the midi controller and the program
-from 8 bit to 24 -192
- a nice interface with real buttons
-a record function in stand a lone and vsti
- host time sync
- vsti, DXI, Rtas, AU (DXI)
- sample preview
and a rearranger (if you made a beat you can twist a knob and it will rearrange your beat)
- expansion kits later on for upgrades sounds
- internal sample editor (oh my god) so you will not have to fix your beat in sound forge or wavelab or if you cant do that then it need something in the options that says sample editor and you pick the exe file then you can export it and reimport it
See the problem with the 2 top drums machines are: Battery does not have a step sequencer (but it has every sound format) and guru need more sound formats (mp3, kni, ect) but it has a step sequencer
Peace
