I suppose you can put most general quries about old retired TB VST's here.

I myself am wondering, of the old TB VST's, whats good?

It seems some have bugs, from what I have read. If so, what kind of bugs?

It also seems that some of the TB VST's were retired just to make room for newwer ones? Are they bug free & which ones? Should I just start DL'n from the archive or will someone inform me of what is what?

Maybe you could have somewhere on you site a list of descriptions for the old TB VST's & maybe what the possible buge are & stuff?

I also read that some of the old TB VST's were combined into newwer single VST's?

Basicly, could you put a bit more info about the old stuff, if you are going to have them up for download? You make them sound to risky.

Ok, No one said anything, I* guess I'll find out for myself. I am DL'n the latest version of anything I don't already have. If there any nugs, I'll find out then. I'll have these VST's in there own seperate folder though.
I wonder what these do?

i was keeping Lilypad in my folder when needing a hyperlight pad synth to try some pad chords patterns freely without my cpu puking for abuse..and im still anyway keeping some other of them in my vst folder (shoryuken and shinobi come to mind, whenever ill need some weird noise ..)
Peace

Yeah just try them. i don't have them installed anymore but from what I remember they were mostly special purpose synths etc. NES and other 8 bit stuff. I didn't use them much and I don't remember any bugs.
Hope thats helpful.

i use almost on any track i start building at least one of the delays by TB..sure they are not the uber HQ total devastation delay for every use, nonetheless they sound nicely lofi enough to me for subtle use ..mashup and pudding are either maybe the tb plugs i use more..
jeeez sometimes i mix up their names, so to avoid confusion, the tapedelay and the granularlike one (im at work cannot check which ones i use :P)

From the Archive, Whats an Instrument & whats an effect? I have FLS open now, so I'm about to find out...

Edit:
I Have tried everything now. I am still left with some questions though.

-What is defend? Is it an effect or an instrument? I can't seem to be able to do anything w/ it in FLS. Is there a trick to using it?

-Also, what is Sniper? I can't get it to do anything either. I assume it must be an effect because of the look & the fact that it won't even load as an instrument.

Defend is a drum machine.. use it as an instrument, and you'll need to find the few keys that trigger the drum sounds.

Sniper is just a very shitty scope. Add it as an effect, to visualize some of the sound. FL's default scope is a jillion times better.
