This is not the usual "everything was smooth" type of post.

More than a week ago I bought a product from ttoz. He took care of things on his side immediately, but I did not receive the product - due to a developer-related delay. ttoz, who did his part, like I said, could have left me to deal with the situation. Instead he helped tremendously, even mailed and posted on my behalf. He also offered me a refund, if I wanted - no problems.
So, when things were far from being smooth, ttoz did everything he could to smooth them up anyway. This is confidence inspiring. Thanks ttoz.

(I got my product in the end, so all ended well).

EDIT: In my original post I did not mention the product, as there already was a thread in the company's forum. Since the thread has since been deleted by the developer, I'll mention here it was Firebird+.
