I recently took advantage of the offer to move from wusikstation to Eve 2, but I can't download the data set - every time I try it says I have tried more than ten times (I have only tried once and it crashed mid way through the download- it's a large file). I did send a message via the link to reset my ticket number, but nothing so far. Can someone at Dash help me with this?

I didn't see any support request - can you please email me your download ticket to support@dashsignature.com . Please, do NOT use download managers. Ask Luigi to reset your counter.

I think the download manager must be the problem - I didn't realise that could be an issue. I've emailed the download ticket again for a reset.
