I'm a Receptor newbie so please bear with me here...
I have tried to install SC on my new Receptor.
After making several mistakes including trying to install it as an unsupported plug in rather than using the Receptor installer I finally have it installed.
The problem I have is that when I run the utility to run the Registration Tool, I don't get prompted for a serial number which the screen shot suggest I should.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it makes no difference.
I suspect I will have to contact NI on monday but was hoping to get it working today.
Anyone else had this problem or do I need to delete something else to remove it from the Receptor before reinstalling it again ?
