Hi, I am planning on selling my receptor and I want to unregiester the receptor from my plugorama account so the person who buy it will be able to register it under their name.
I don't see any options in plugorama to do this and a search of their knowledge database yields no results on any hints on how to do this.
I've already submitted a support ticket on plugorama, but their response time is usually painfully slow, does anyone have any clues on how I would go about unregistering a receptor from my plugorama account?

I'm no expert, but wouldn't it be easier to just give the buyer the login credentials to your plugorama account? Then they could just update the email address, name/address, etc. I think you can change EVERYTHING in the profile except for the userid.

I bought my receptor second hand. The only way is to send a request to Muse (a ticket on plugorama) to ask them to unregister your receptor from your account. They'll do that really quickly (at least they did with the previous owner of my receptor) Then the new owner can make a new account and register the receptor.
The only problem in my case was that changing iLok to a new account isn't so easy and costs a lot of money, so we just opted for the option to pass me the login data.
Theoretically you could register a new iLok and get the licences transferred there but that'll cost ya about 20 bucks per licence.
