Axiom keys are semi-weighted, they're designed to be a middleground between keyboard and piano keys. If you're used to a piano, but want to take advantage of light keys, that's what it's for. I think it's also better for accuracy for strike velocity, but I could be wrong.

Emu Xboard is semi-weighted too. But it feels better than Axiom.dark.nowhere wrote:Axiom keys are semi-weighted, they're designed to be a middleground between keyboard and piano keys. Exactly gassle. The Xboard is semi-weighted, and they feel better. I tried it out in the store and though "QUICKSAND!!!". My Xboard 61 should be here tomorrow.

Hey do you axiom-users have the same crappy keystroke like i have on my axiom 61? It's weird because when i play the keys after a break of one or two hours they feel like they were glued to something. After pressing them once or twice that feeling has gone but then again after some time the glue-like keystroke comes back again? Do you know what i am talking about?
Please help what to do?
