Do you want these visible in Z2's gui as well? Shouldn't be a big deal to add this stuff as well...

Cheers,

;) Urs
WOOOTTT!!!
What are you meaning for "When following the docs for installing Unsupported Plugins etc."?
Drag the windows folder to the Receptor's Unsupported Plugins one?

Or, maybe, it's due to OS 1.6 (i have 1.5 for now)...?
I have just to find the right time to test it (due to working schedule, damn!).

I just dragged Zebra2.dll and Zebra2.data (the compact install option where all support files are within this folder) from

my Win partition C:\Vstplugins\u-he\

into

Program Files/VST Plugins/Unsupported Plugins/u-he/ on the mounted Receptor.

Unfortunately some preset names have illegal characters so that these couldn't be copied... nevertheless, 99.9% of the h2p files were on the Receptor afterwards... just as expected...

Then I launched the Recpetor Utility and clicked "Install 1 item" in the "Unsupported Plugins".

Boom. There you go...

Version 1.6 here, remotely controlled from a Mac Pro...

like me, exactly.
OS 1.6 make probably Zebra presets work, or due to i just overwrote zebra dll leaving Z2b3 presets there...
It's a must a brand new Z2b4 installation on my R.
Later (...thanks for now).

This is great news!

How's the performance on the rev. B? Are there any issues?

A big thank you for all of the work you have put into this. I can't wait to try Zebra on my Receptor. I'm sure this is a noob question, but how do I install Zebra from a mac onto the Receptor? Where can I find the files Urs mentioned on his XP partition on the mac?

Thanks,

Will

I've thought about this aspect and I think I'll offer an installer-free version of the Win download 8)

I've turned to installers on Win mainly because many popular .zip utilities do not preserve the folder structure by default. For a while this was my major support incidence. Hope that this doesn't come back tho :-o

P.S.: This will officially happen when Zebra 2.2 is released

Work faster, stop taking so many breaks, sleep is highly overrated!

Please ignore that last sentence. My evil twin is very self absorbed and wants Zebra 2.2 now...

I will wait patiently for 2.2 and again, appreciate all the efforts to receptorize my favorite vst.

Best,

Will

I really hope that my last post came off as a joke and not as if I'm a pompous, ungrateful, boob.

Hahaha, no, it's alright...

I actually had to ignore it, I went off to summer holidays right before Zebra 2.2 was finished...

You can however use the last beta (2.2b5 I think) for Windows without any major known issues on Receptor. It has proven to be as stable as it gets so there wasn't any need to rush out the update too quick. Instead I've added a few more improvements...
