You could:shogger wrote: WHAT? You were lying or what? Come on, tell us the truth ...
- Just guess.
- Look up some of my posts to sort of support your guesses.
- Think about what it'd be like for a more or less experienced betatester to test something for over three years.
But you could as well simply believe me that this ampsim is going to kick major ass. It's well worth the wait!

Fwiw, the AU version will probably be a tad delayed, but it should be pretty much a minor delay.

OK then. This simply sounds like tons of frustration. If I'm wrong we'll see.Sascha Franck wrote:You could:shogger wrote: WHAT? You were lying or what? Come on, tell us the truth ...

I will have a look every now and then if someone cares to bring this thead back again.
And in the mean time I'm having lotsa fun with the best VST amp sim that is actually available: Revalver MkII.
I love the tweakability under the hood which makes very amazing sounds possible. In quality way beyond the (back then very nice) Xmas amp.

Nah - no frustration at all. Let's call it desillusioned. But even that's not bad at all. I'm quite sorted regarding guitar sounds...shogger wrote: OK then. This simply sounds like tons of frustration. If I'm wrong we'll see.

Wow, I haven't posted in this thread for ages. Did Denny Crane and Alan Shore ever get this thing beta tested?

the truth my friend is people have been waiting for this for three years...who knows, it might be worth the wait...but the reality right now is we have no way of knowing either way...I'd gladly eat crow and admit I was wrong, but if it takes three years and still nothing skepticism is going to grow...that's life in the fast lane...I try not to make promises I can't keep, I'm very leary of those who do

Is it time for a bump already?
Hey, René, shouldn't the amp sim be ready this summer? Or wait, was that last summer? Or even...

Bah! This amp sim will beat them all easily!shogger wrote:But we have Revalver MkII already ...
I mean, what's so tough in stopping to record any guitars until 2030 when we finally will have *the* perfect sound?

Easy does it... if you start speedbumping, we'll be at page 400 in no time - the phpbb database will probably choke on it, Ben closes it and starts the "Guitar players, continue your bickering here!" thread and we'll be back at page #1.Sascha Franck wrote:But, but, but... we will never reach 300 pages then!farlukar wrote:a monthly bump is good enough
Now, what fun would that be?
