Just tell me where to send the zip. :D Who is Yeager by the way? Don't recognize the name. Fantastic artist whoever it is and I hope they don't mind me mucking about with their work. :hail:

No Problem :)

I like what you did, easy on the eyes !

Edit: BTW you better use the original statusfont.png or put the red lines back in because otherwise you get big spaces between the letters in the status bar !

Hey cool, thanks Yeager! I never noticed the big spaces but you're right. I re-edited your original statusfont.png to the blue color and this time left in the red lines. I wondered what those lines were for. :hihi: Curious, how does the .oms file read the lines? Different colors determine the spacing? Anyway looks much better now without the big spaces. Love your artwork and the gem like knobs, very classy. If you don't mind I'd be happy to share the edit if someone wants to host. I'll re-do the zip and transfer to my internet computer. I'll check back tommorow.

Thanks,

I don't think the oms has anything to do with it, it's just the way Fuzzpilz programmed it:
solid red = r:255 / g:000 / b:000 is a marker and remains invisible or something like that.... .

EDIT: the oms file has something to do with it : delimiter=255,0,0

Nice to see people still use ( parts of ) my skin whitch is based on Eezyboogie's lay out and has a touch of Albino  .
Share it, if somebody wants to host it.

Have fun.

Only just tried these; a really nice set. Obviously you haven't just been sitting there punching the random button... :) Like the lead/guitar sounds, Oatmeal is so good at this kind of stuff.

I also tried playing the arp with some of these sounds, very inspiring.

Nice one.

Man, I just tried this synth. This things is freakin awesome! I'm not much of a synth programmer, but it's really easy to get cool sounds out of this thing. Thanks for for bringing it to my attention. :D

GaryG: Thanks for the kind words. :D It was fun making it.

I've upped Teksonik's skin to my webspace. http://djtbmx.soulbreakers.com/DLs/Yeag ... dit-02.zip

It's already in the all-in-one pack. (update the date Glassback)

Wow, huge bump from a few months back.
I should probably finish my fifth bank. :S

Oatmeal is a very rich & great sounding free synth, certainly with all the banks available (thank you all!), it's wonderful. My favorite skin for it btw is grymmjack's Renoise Owns - http://designermonkey.rekkerd.org/work_detail.php?id=26

Hi, I love Oatmeal, I can get so many different sounds from it ! I'm working on a Justice sounding track with it currently.

But I'm experimenting a major turn-off with Oatmeal : I constantly get stuck notes in Sonar when stopping play back in the middle of a midi note... it's really a PITA working in this situation... am I the only one having this bug ?! This is with Oatmeal 37.4 and 37.3 as well.

I have that problem all the time with anything else, though generally the host sends an "all off" message usually, sometimes there could be just too many things going on at once, and the plugin misses the call.

If that's the case, you may have to work on a compromise, or try "switching" on/off the "audio output" or "plugin" for like a second.

Thx for sharing your experience MaliceX. Actually for me that problem is Oatmeal specific regardless in which host I load it. Turning off/on the audio engine just brings back the stuck note, only thing that works is Oatmeal's internal panic button... and it's really a pain bringing up the synth window when doing MIDI editing... It's quite frustrating, knowing without this, I would settle myself into learning to program this beast in depth.
