Thank you. I've been waiting for an effect like this, even if it's not spot on convincing. I'm always looking for ways to get a very acoustic sounding clean tone. I have to go try this one out now.

These are some weird, but very interesting dll's. I tried both the liqih one and the xoxos one on electric guitar, not my cup of tea.
But after synths, I like them a lot. Deepboard has a cool warmth, the xoxos resonator one can do reverb, press the mode button, slide up the time slider and it's a delay.

thanks for the feedback, it may happens (actually often) that trying to design an audio effect you came up with something "untartgeted" but equally cool, <grin>
anway today I spent another 30 minutes on DeepBoard and devised a new algorithm to make it more suited (hopefully it'll be) to guitar sound. Stay tuned.

the module i used is simply multiple delays summed and filtered which is a standard recipe for lots of things
the slider should be scaled so that it's not too hard to set very short or long times (hold down [ctrl] for fine tune.)
the 'gain' control on the filter only affects the parametric setting. i think i set the default at a high pass, which might be good for tin can resonances

you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

another suggestion
download the 'excitation signals' at the bottom of this page: http://www.ee.columbia.edu/~ronw/dsp/ and use them as impulse responses. They're worth a try.
