I'm thinking of buying the Kontakt version to use with Receptor. Just wondering if anyone else is using this (elec guitar) sample set with Receptor, and also to see if all the scripting works well too.
It sounds awesome: http://www.prominy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18
There's a Strat version coming out soon as well.
Anyone using Prominy's LPC (via Kontakt) with Receptor?

Hi AJones,
Well - yes and no. The 'Lite' versions work well on Receptor OS 1.6 with the latest Kontakt 2.2.1. Anything larger than this takes more RAM than Receptor has, and causes Receptor to crash (this is a bug - I've emailed this to muse). Also, earlier versions of Receptor OS & Kontakt do not work satisfactorily.
LPC has been my torture test for Kontakt on Receptor.
Regards,
Kevin L

Hi again AJones,
Just wanted to pass along, even though the "Full version, Player Instruments" are too big to load on Receptor, the Lite versions work quite well, and certainly seem sufficient to sketch out songs.
Also, as a plug for LPC, it is an amazing library, and it runs well on beefier hardware.
