You cannot send Program Changes directly to the plugin if "Route CC's to Source Plugin" is also selected. This may result in a Receptor crash. Using Receptor ImpOSCar Source patches will work without issue.
Isn't this a pretty big bug to release a product with?

Yes I agree it is a bad bug but the alternative was not to release it at all in the near term. Since the Receptorized patches work perfectly fine, there's not a problem unless you absolutely had to send (program changes AND CC messages) directly to the plugin. Also if we did work to fix this now it would delay on going plugin releases. So I needed to make a call and I decided release the plugin with this FAQ. I hope this explains why it was released even with this known bug.
