Receptor doesn't show EWQLSO Gold XP's presets...

...and i am reluctant to load them from inside the kompakt player, knowing and experiencing that in the particular case, they often aren't reloaded correctly whith a custom made receptor patches for multis

Is it a something i can do to fix the problem ?

Chances are the preset .fxp files didn't get copied to the right directory or didn't get installed when you installed the software. Please give tech support a call so that they can work with you to resolve the problem with you on the phone...
