Why can't I get more than one midi channel to play off of one mixer channel?

This is what I have done.

I used the Yamaha QY 700 as my sequencer. I am sending midi 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 from my Yamaha QY 700 to the muse receptor.

I have opened up the receptor remote-control on my laptop and I have opened the receptor's editor.

In the mix window, I have loaded up the Silver Edition of the East West Orchestra on Channel 1(lower left corner).

At the upper left of the mix window, under source, I have "East West Silver Edition" to the right of the button that looks like a plug. To the right of that... it says "built-in" and underneath "built-in", it says (new multi). And to the right of that, it says Channel 1. The little midi button in Source, I have designated "ALL".

In the upper right corner of the mix window, under Multi, I have "Performance Multis", and under that I have (none).

When you press the "E" button under source, you go to the "Kompakt" instrument page of "Symphonic Orchestra - Silver Edition - East West.

I haven't changed any of the settings on this page except for inserting patches as follows.

Under 1 I have the "HAUPTWERK MIX" under Pipe Organ with the midi button set to 1.
Under 2 I have the "HAUPTWERK MIX" under Pipe Organ with the midi button set to 2.
Under3 I have left empty.
Under 4 I have the "HAUPTWERK MIX" under Pipe Organ with the midi button set to 4.
Under 5 I have the "PRINZIPAL" under Pipe Organ with the midi button set to 5.
Under 6 I have the "PRINZIPAL 16" under Pipe Organ with the midi button set to 6.
Under 7 I have the "HAUPTWERK MIX" under Pipe Organ with the midi button set to 7.

Now what happens when I press play on the Yamaha QY 700 is... I hear all my midi channels, but they are playing only under 1 ("HAUPTWERK MIX") and the other patches on 2,4,5,6 and 7 are not playing.

How do I get my data that I'm sending under midi channel 1 to play the patch listed under 1... and the data that I'm sending under midi channel 2 to play the patch listed under 2, ...and the data that I'm sending under midi channel 4 to play the Patch listed under 4, ...and the data that I'm sending under midi channel 5 to play the patch listed under 5, and so forth?

I hope this is clear. My objective is to get multiple patches, using multiple streams of midi data to play the correct patch designated for each midi channel using only one channel in the MIX.

Thanks for any help.

See if this works for you. I'm not by my Receptor, but this is from the Manual (page 97 - 99).
Multitimbral Synth Tip: Note that the Listen to MIDI Channel and Play Plugin MIDI Channel settings, when used together, let you play multiple channels on a multitimbral VSTi. If you instantiate a multitimbral VST and assign its LISTEN TO value to ALL and its PLUGIN CH value to THRU, then every incoming MIDI channel will be thru'd to the like-numbered VST channel, allowing for multitimbral operation of that VST.
I hope that helps.
