well, I guess this ends my adventure with T3. If I had it on a fisical support I would burn it, since I don't I will just uninstall it. I'm really, really dissapointed. Companies shouldn't be allowed to sell malfuncioning or not completed products without any legal consequenses.
powerbook g4 1.5, 1 gb ram
Now if you read the release post beno made, it says right at the tops, that these problems still exist... I am totally guilty of doing something like this as well. compaining and stuff... and making a huge fuss, so I understand.... but I will say, Mackie released this build early cause they noticed we were making a fuss...
and I can tell you this version is TEn Thousand times more stable. Yes I am sure the POOF still exists... but I am able to do tons of things now, ( mess around with racks, move filters track up track down, left and right ) It seems like I can really do some things tracktion is meant to do without mr Poof....
Its not even T3.1 its 3.0.3 realax a little.... I relaxed a little....

I have been using BigSeq on my MacBook 2 gig core duo running 10.4 with no problems. I tried adjusting Tracktions wet mix but can't make it crash. Is looking pretty not a tangible advantage on a mac?

I know, I know... I admit that I've exagerated a bit in my previous post, but the fact is: I bought T3 to work with it, because I chose it in place of DP and Logic, and after two months I havent been able yet to do anything with it. I really counted on this update to finally be able to use T3 as my main DAW, but for now I just have no choice but switching back to Logic.johnny2johnny wrote:palin911 wrote:Can't believe it!

I would have rathered to wait two months more to see T3 realeased and properly working, instead of having it two months earlier but totally useless to me.
I think it's a fact that Mackie put on the market a software not stable and not working as it should, even in the basic operations.
But I guess that all I can do is wait and hope....

whatever I totally understand... I am not in a position to go buy new daw software today, or next week or the week after as well... Perhaps you have tracktion 2? or its only 30 usd....
or you can download Reaper 4 free, and pay 40dollars, after you demo it... you can demo it for a long time and its unresticted....... if I were on pc i might be using reaper today instead of tracktion..... I dunno

Thanks, Beno, for acknowledging. I can only reiterate that some of my main go-to plugs are still unusable or almost unusable in 3.0.3.3: Elemental Audio and WaveArts (sticky cursor), and no main screen in EZDrummer. EZD can be used after a fashion, but since the main screen image of the drums is absent, it's very difficult to select individual drum settings other than the defaults.
This is on a G5, 10.4.9.
Of course I'm disappointed. I've been with Tracktion since Jules' version 1 but now I'll store it away until hopefully one day the plugs, which work without a hitch as VSTs in Live 6, can be used as intended.
Thanks again, Beno! Good bug hunting.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

Ok, lets just ignore the Dahornet thing, because its not UB, and wont work on my mac. sadly the people making Da Hornet are not updating it. shame on them. supposed to be a classic vst synt..... whatever....

Okay, I've already mentioned this in another thread, but apparently it got overheard:
The free Delta Series plugins by http://www.expdigital.co.uk/ show up with a completely white GUI on my Macbook Pro and OS X 10.4.9.
I'm not so sure but I think I remember they worked with the first version of T3.
Greets,

I doubt this is new. But I did duplicate it and added it to our list and the initial report at the top of this post.Axl wrote:The free Delta Series plugins by http://www.expdigital.co.uk/ show up with a completely white GUI on my Macbook Pro and OS X 10.4.9.
