This might be a bit crazy. But don't spit on me. It would be nice to have a valeu indication in MSEG. So if I lift some points up it shows me the value. It would make life easier when messing with pitch shifting. LFO when set to user mode could have this too. Also (I'm not sure if this stuff patented, tell me if it is) quite nice feature is in Absynth with that lfo on an envelope.

What's crazy with that? - I thought I had that value readout already in... but d'oh...
Will see how it goes when back from holidays...
Reg. LFOs vs. Envelopes... I thought Loops in envs do the trick, or ModMixers...

Oh sorry I always forget about MMix.

I didn't care for those LFOs on each and every every section of the Absynth envelopes, myself. I think thought they were way over the top, and not very useful. What I DID like was that "controller driven" mode - haven't seen it anywhere else (might be patented).chaoticz wrote:Also (I'm not sure if this stuff patented, tell me if it is) quite nice feature is in Absynth with that lfo on an envelope.

In the mod mixer module, an amount/depth parameter for each of the sources would be very useful...
Or is there another way of doing that that I don't know about?

In "Fade 1/2 by 3xC" mode, leave slot 3 empty. "Constant" balances between 1 and 2. Basta!bagginz wrote:In the mod mixer module, an amount/depth parameter for each of the sources would be very useful...Or is there another way of doing that that I don't know about? Cheers,Bagginz

Can we have a multi and mass select in MSEG? So that it's possible to delete or to move a section of points.

Possibly...chaoticz wrote:Can we have a multi and mass select in MSEG? So that it's possible to delete or to move a section of points.
I had some reasons to do multiple select in waveforms but not in MSEGs. Fortunately I have forgotten what these reasons were. So there's a chance that multiple select jumps into focus at one point...

Also a reset for MSEG would be nice

But as I thought, no way to utilize all three. Not a big deal, but would be useful...

Yep. Unfortunately, you can't feed one mod-mixer into another. However, you can always use multiple routings (in the target module itself or in the matrix) for such special cases. There's usually a way to do ANYTHING in Z2, although this sometimes needs a bit of thought!bagginz wrote:But as I thought, no way to utilize all three.
Can anyone emulate Virus-style serial filter routing? After all these years, I still can't get my head around it enough to set up the same in Z2.

Howard,
not as elegant a solution as the Virus' single knob, but here's a stab at it:
http://media.twango.com/m1/original/008 ... e75c0c.JPG
The mix control on Channel mix 1 (bottom left)will give you a balance between filter 1 (at 0%) and both filters fully in serial at 100%
The mix control on Channel mix 2 will give you a balance between filter 1 (at 0%) and Filter 2 at 100% , with both in parallel at 50%
Not totally sure what happens if you mix the two...

Is it possible to make global pitch as modulation target?
