I got my podXT for free, and the FX pack was $49. I don't feel ripped off at all, tbh.

I will be buying myself a PODx3 only because I do not have anything right now.

I am hoping that the USB2.0 interface is a bit faster and lower latency than the PODxt asio interface which is not that good.

Picked up a PodX3 yesterday in the UK. Quick run through the presets was all I had time for last night. Some of the dual-amp setups sound pretty good. Bad news is none of the software is ready. No drivers etc etc. Line 6 US site says they are coming Oct 12th

Eh, my fully loaded POD XT Live is good enough for me... although maybe I can put it up on E-Bay and see if I can get people fighting over it to the tune of the price of the X3.

Do tell me something. Would you be willing to take a picture of the inside of the X3? Specifically the DSP and the ADC/DAC convertors?

No one knows yet what is iniside of that beast and it would be prime information

Ah no sorry

I dont fancy taking the thing to bits. I'm happy for whatever team of demons they have in there to do their job

One thing that did make me laugh was that the plastic bag the X3 is shipped in has a 'by opening this you agree to the licence etc...' sticker over the end. Where will it end 'By Opening this car door you....', 'By taking this lift you.....' stickers?
