just above the keyboard, on the right side, there are two knobs for the arpeggiator (in fact it's a six step sequencer): steps and speed - steps sets the amount of the played steps in the sequencer and speed the speed - you can also synchronize the whole story to the sequencer's tempo using the "sync to songtempo" -> ARP button above the voice pans - in that case the speed knob will be quantized and react in big steps - you can also make the behaviour triolic using the "III" button - there's also a chapter in the pdf manual about the arpeggiator/sequencer
