Hi Fhangor,
I'm working on a new version completely free of SynthEdit, which will fix the problem and also be Mac compatible. However this is something else than fixing a small bug, it concerns reprogramming the entire user interface and parts of the audio management as well. So this is something that takes some time unfortunately, hope you understand. I'm aiming to get it done by the first quarter of 2008.
I'm verry sorry for the inconvenience.

Got some good news here about one of the two hosts this bug occurs in.
Reaper, as of version 2.001, has this bug fixed from the host side. The changelog reflects this here:
"VST: better compatibility with plug-ins that require effIdle"
You FruityLoops users may want to pass this on to the developers of your application.
In Reaper I am now completly glitch free.
