What happen with the promises made from the very beginning?

There are several plugins waiting to be installed from the old days in which we started to trust in Receptor:
VirSyn plugins
Real Guitar
Native Instruments
and more recently
Ivory piano
We have been waiting, claiming and receiving very good support from Muse due their first priority was Komplete working.
But now, Komplete seems to be working for all the new customers, but not in an easy way for the old customers from Europe who having invested in promises now will need to spend more in send the unit to USA and return. And if you wish to upgrade to Rev. C....Custom taxes, insurance and shipment, made this choice to be forgotten. So we need to forget Komplete. But what happen with the remaining promises:
Real Guitar was in the queue, Virsyn... and many users claim for Ivory or Truepianos.
I would like to know if there is a new timeline for these instruments.
Thanks in advance

HI Grundman
I don't recall that we've ever committed to supporting the VirSyn plug-ins... we'd like to, but to be perfectly honest alot of our priorities with respect to plug-ins are set by customers asking us! I'll check into VirSyn and see what's going on with them.
ALL NI plugs now work on Receptor, but you are right, installing Komplete is a problem since we need to do it at the factory. Chris posted a letter stating the situation; we WILL have a method to install it yourself, but in the meantime if you can't wait, you can return your drive to us and have us install it. We are also trying to find a way to allow Alan in the UK to help our European friends get Komplete going without having to send the drive overseas.
As for RealGuitar, it absolutely works although we have found one bug in the patter player. We're trying to figure out if the issue is ours or in the plug-in itself. If you wish don't need this feature, then you could have it anytime you want, but we try REALLY hard to ensure that when a plug-in is said to work on Receptor, it really does, and is free of any major issues...
Of course Ivory has been out on Receptor for a very long time now, so I think what you are referring to is Italian Grand. You're not alone in your desire to get it running... two of the greatest jazz pianists in the world are also waiting and we want to get it done ASAP... last I heard is that it should be available in the next three weeks...
PianoTeq works (really well, actually) and there is an issue with TruePianos that will be resolved at some point in the near future.
There are a bunch of plug-ins in the queue, and I think that in a month or so you'll find that things are looking (and sounding) very nice indeed!
Thanks for your patience...
Cheers

Is there any word on Terre Tec Komplexer on the Receptor? Below is the last I heard from Muse Research on this plugin from last October.

11:14 AM Hi Steven,
Mario is sending us an NFR copy of Komplexer to try on Receptor. We have other things that will be ahead of it but we'll test it out when we have some time. We will need to close this ticket to keep our database clear.
You can keep up with the latest news regarding Receptor via our mailing list. Just click on the link below to verify that you want to receive info:

Patience about gone here. Been waiting 2 years in november for Realguitar. I kinda remember something about "come see it run" at last winter AES show. That was like last winter.

Danny

Real Guitar works and you can download the installer, but it isn't released due to a problem with the transport not working as it should. But it is usable as long as you don't rely on the riff generator...
We've asked them for help in resolving the problem, but we've received no response from them.
Would you like to beta test it and see if it works for you?
If yes, send me a PM and I'll get you hooked up.
Cheers

Bryan,
Thanks for the reply. You've got me confused by the term transport as used here. Also riff generator? Does that refer to the pattern mgr somehow?
Yeah man, I'll bite. Anything to take more load off my musci machine.
Thanks,
Danny

Sorry, yes its the pattern manager. For some reason, the way they have implemented VST transport controls and the way we've done it doesn't work the way we would expect...
Please send a PM to me with your email address, and I'll direct you to a site where you can download the beta...
Cheers

I think he means it only in the context of Komplete. I really don't understand why there aren't user installable versions of all of the Komplete plugs since they are all apparently working now. If they are supported when bundled as Komplete, why aren't they supported as individual plugs?

Any progress with Real Guitar and Real Strat?
