Any tips anyone?
I've posted this on the Apple forums as well, in case some smartass thinks about jumping in with a great idea
I'm using an iMac (2gig ram).. drive and interface are on different ports so I guess they're on different cards as well (the iMac has two FW ports). I can't imagine those two ports actually being the same FW interface.nagal wrote:Are you using a FireWire interface on the same FireWire card as the hard drive?
I always used to have it with Sampletank, I know that so that's why I never use it in Logic. This project starts with one track with StylusRMX on it. Stylus seems to behave nicely in other projects though (and has never given me any problems before either)ttoz wrote:no its just logic. very hard to pin down. what instr u using in the track? exs by any chance? thats notorious for it
if these problems persists I might just go Cubase or Reaper and I'll have a copy for salenagal wrote:can you try using the internal audio interface just to see what happens?
I bet the Firewire ports are on the same interface. It is odd it never happened in L7 but now does in L8.
OT: Man I wish I could try L8 you are a lucky bastard
