Any chance that SampleTank will have a multisample creator?

Most .sfz files also have the .wav files included, and the loop point information is already imbedded in the file (which ST reads, and of course it imports wavs). If the .sfz contains multisamples, you rename the wavs by placing C1, C2, or whatever at the end of the wav file name to designate the appropriate keys/keymapping. I've made my own drumsets for ST2 in that fashion as well, taking the individual hits and assigning them a 'note name', so I know which keys the hits will fall on and can custom map the layout of drum kits.

I see. Anyway, it sounds like work :)

Yesterday I tried out the free version of Translator. It does have an ugly limitation (you can only convert one instrument in 30 minutes) but otherwise seems fully functional. Converting a .sfz file into the SampleTank2 format was a breeze so I might go for the full monty.
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast!
