:-o Hello guys,

I downloaded your new updates for Dynamics, FreqAnalyst Multi and FreqAnalyst Pro. All reported that they installed correctly and when I opened Wavelab 6, (PC), each asked for my registation which I entered. The first two plug-ins went fine, but try as I might, FreqAnalyst Pro simply won't accept my info reporting that my registion is incorrect I've double and triple-checkd my registration number and it is absolutely correct.

Finally I went to Windows add/remove and I see that version 2.1 is the version that is installed. I uninstalled, reinstalled 1.0, opened Wavelab, input my registration and it runs perfectly. So, I tried installing the 1.2 version again...The same thing happens...

The final thing that I tried was to simply remove FreAnalyst Pro completely and just install 1.2, but once again it doesn't recognize my registration. FYI, I did download this from my URL "Vault".

Please HELP!

PS: Fantastic plug-ins...The additional "extras" that you guys have added all the time require some time to discover but they make all the difference in the world from many of the other tools out there. They are really SERIOUS tools at an incredible price!

I had a problem like this, and it turned out the product registration key had changed, and I was inputting the original registration key, which was no longer the valid one.

OK, but where were you getting the new product registration key from? AS I mentioned, the other two downloads used my existing registration keys just fine and I'm not aware of anything else. I didn't see a "read me" file when I unzipped the download...but maybe I better look again. thanks neil p.

You're welcome, I just hope it helps. The newer product key came in the email notifying of the update, as far as I recall... fingers crossed this will solve the problem, but if not I'm sure Blue Cat will have a solution :)

Hi guys!

Majormidi, it seems you haven't received the upgrade email then. Just pm me the email address you used to purchase and we will resend you the email! Black lists and spam filters make our life particularly difficult these days...

There is usually no key change for minor versions, but in this particular case we have changed it for technical reasons, hence the new registration code.
