Man, this is weird, the 'Latest Topics' dropbox just moved to the bottom of my screen!

Yeah ben, you can change the resolution on your monitor from 640x480 to something more common nowadays.

Yeah, I'm not so keen on the fixed width with it being so narrow. A nice css expanding layout would be cool.
I like the rounded corners.
From a design point of view the blue and dark grey are too close tonally. When you place these colours together you get an uneasy relationship. Either lighten the blue very slightly or darken the grey very slightly. Probably easier to darken the grey.
You can also see that the grey background is too light to sit well with the red of the members tab. Where they meet at the top you get a sort of optical awkwardness.

Yeah... this sucks compared to the old one. Anyone on a mac is likely to hate it..
WIDESCREEN!!
Almost half the screen is completely unused now, and lots of topic names are wrapped.

Every forum I go to is centered. This justified left stuff is really irksome. I just gave it a few minutes and it's quite unsettling. Maybe that's good, but then, are KVR making a political statement?

seems a bit claustrophobic for my tastes, too much blackspace as others have noted imho.
i like the dropdowns and stuff, wish the design was more liquid though for my 1280x1024.

I use 1600x900 resolution on my dual widescreen monitors and this current layout really does leave VAST amounts of space unused. I much preferred the previous layout.

I still have this weird font size issue that no other site apart KVR suffers from. Some details, so whoever can deal with it might reproduce it.
I use FireFox 1.6 on Windows XP SP2. No special layout modifications in FF, apart from minimum font size = 9. When I decrease the size two times (Ctrl Minus) the message bodies look alright, but everything else has shrunk also. I also noticed that pictures in signoffs don't get shown whole, unless I shrink the size.
In the advanced properties of my display driver I've set the DPI to large (120 dpi.) And I'm not reverting back to the standard 96dpi because that renders every application too tiny.
My guess is that mixing relative and absolute fontsizes in CSS is what makes it a mess over here. But what do I know...
