Having that 'latest additions' right next to the quick reply box right now, is making both my face and eyes bleed heavily. The loss of ones sight is a very big loss indeed, and that is important to me, even more important than the squint i have now developed since i've been on here for the past hours.

I actually think having it on the left (the forum posts) makes it less tidy - I'm used to reading from the center of the screen-
which isn't happening in firefox, here- that's what margins are for in Word processors etc (the menu essentially served that purpose)-
the plugin things push everything further into the leftfield, making it less readable, to me-

The layout is nice, just need to have resizing, that's about it. And change the "Latest Posts" color scheme to match the rest of the page. Very comfortable to look at, actually. It's the static thing that's throwing everything off. But maybe that will be added soon.

please revert back to the old design, or at the very least enable us to choose which layout we prefer.

the world and whatever may ail it is all but entirely irrelevant in this discussion. ~90% of the posters in this thread prefer the former layout.

Ack!!! What happened to KvR!!!

Two things:

* Bring back the old width or make it wider. Lot of unused gray is just plain waste of monitor space.

* Remove the "Latest addition to the plugins" or at least make it more neutral in color, it is killing my eyes.

The rest I don't mind.

Indeed, it doesn't fit well with the scheme of the site, looking more like some pop-up advert that got glued to the page rather than an actual feature.

Not like it needs to be said for the billionth time, but the new layout all squished to the left looks horrible. Please please please change it back to centered without all the wasted space on the right.
