Here's a hotfix for the recent Version 2.2 release for Windows users:

This is for people who have already installed version 2.2 - they just need to replace the .dlls

In the update posted last Friday there is a problem with the drawing code of the user interface which cost more cpu than it should. Actually, it could cause excess cpu consumption. Which one would often not notice at all, but in some hosts it led to clunky behaviour and crackles. Some people even report crashes.
This behaviour was triggered by a glitch in a 3rd party library which I had fixed before but unfortunately updated to a newer version without applying the same fix again
The hotfix should keep the ui quick and tame which is supposed to remove all wearyness that was observed and reported by some users.
This affects only the Windows version of Zebra2 and Zebralette.
Please let me know how it works, so I can send out a newsletter...
