Sounds like a good starting point for you , in your endevor to learn how to
write a soundfont.

layer, and velocity, and porper wave sampling and editing, are gonna become a
great attribute for you as you go along to.

Damn... I did an internet search for "Free Dry Guitar Soundfont" (bite me...) and this came up, I read all six pages and it seems to be EXACTLY what I want. But... none of the links work! It seems I must have this, so is there any alternative links or could somebody who has this soundfont please upload it somewhere so I may have it?

if you need a good way to host yr files, use box.net. i'm sure someone might even donate a little cash to get you a pro account, then it's a breeze....

even with the free account ,you get quite a bit of space...

Right now I have 3 TB bandwidth per month and around 300 GB space, so I'm not looking for hosting space.
