NDC plugins does not work

I found some plugin that don't work in Maize Studio. One big example is the ndc MIDI plugins. Simply they do not receive any MIDI message, nor send MIDI outputs.

ndc are not the only case, anyway. It seems to be a problem with lots of MIDI plugins (i.e., those that filter MIDI messages, do not use any VST technology)
