joe, will pray for her. tell her to be strong.FrettedSynth wrote:No IR's or the latency and CPU use that come with convolution, but yes there are cabnets 17 of them including four bass cabs.
Sorry it took a while to reply I learned friday that my 13 year old daughter Anna has moderate to severe scoliosis so I have been researching
I'm really not the type to ask for much if you can't tell? and this is really not the best place to ask such a thing? but as a man of faith I will anyhow, if you have a faith what ever it might be, Please say a prayer for my daughter that she may get through this without a mark on her body. She is about as sweet and kind hearted as they come.
Don't worry this will not stop or slow the amp up, on the contrary I will need plenty to keep my mind occupied over the coming weeks. We plan to wait until after the holidays to seek treatment.
So please say a prayer for Anna and I will finish the amp.
Peace

Hey, the amp really needs to come second now. Don't worry about sticking to dates or anything like that, we all understand.
I don't pray, but I'll send out good vibes.

If she's anything like her father, she's a very special person - my thoughts and best wishes are with both of youFrettedSynth wrote:Please say a prayer for my daughter that she may get through this without a mark on her body. She is about as sweet and kind hearted as they come.
It's completely up to you, but don't feel any pressure from us, mate - take all the time you need.FrettedSynth wrote:Don't worry this will not stop or slow the amp up, on the contrary I will need plenty to keep my mind occupied over the coming weeks. Fretted! Best of luck to you and your daughter. 13 is a rough enough time in any circumstances, let alone having to deal with an illness...but it has got to be a comfort to her having a father so attentive to her needs. I hope she recovers completely.

Will pray for her also - keep us updated on her progress. Will it require surgery or a brace?

Hi mate
My nephew was found to have scoliosis when he was 3, he had to wear a full brace until he was 9, then they did an operation and put in a metal rod, he is now 35 and lives a normal(ish) life, he never was qute right anyway, he liked James Last as a kid
. He had very severe scoliosis, now the only "Pain in the back" is his girlfriend
.
Try not worry too much, reading to many websites can get you worked up, trust the Drs they know what they are doing.

Thanks people
Update on Anna, she has a pretty good pitch in her mid\lower back
goes 32 degrees to the right and 29 degrees to the left. Amazing thing is she looks straight? No pain it was found during a normal check up, now its up to the doctors and the lord what will happen?
Update on the amp, sorry had to put Anna first
started presets last night
now is the fun part. I think there will be a nice gift on the net for Christmas this year
Peace all, and thanks for the encouragement and not flaming or ignoring my problems

Any chance of a teaser on the GUI? Ya know, just to wet our appetite!
On the serious note, I hope your daughter is alright. God has her in His hands for sure, and you as well.
