congrats!
i didn't test it up to now, but no doubt about it, it will be great, as everything you do ... but ... well, lets say it like this:
imo _you_ are the _last_ one who needs to switch from synthedit ...
Hard to tell...dickiefunk wrote:Is Mr Ray mk2 meant to be a replacement for Mr Ray 73mk1 or an emulation of a different model Rhodes piano?
Excellent - clear as a bell!ZioKiller wrote:Thank you FET,

Just another little example on how hard is dealing with simulations: a while back a guy reported me a problem with VB3, he said "when I hold a chord on high notes and then I play some low notes, the high notes' volume drops down".
If you have ever sat at a real Hammond you'd know that this is exactly how the Leslie behaves, especially at a high volume. Also, this is normal for many other instruments and amplifying systems out there.
BUT, if the guy would have listened to a real Hammond doing that, he would have done like this smileyand would have said "wow, what a nice effect!"... Instead, when you know that a simulation is not real, and everything it does is wanted by its creator, you always tend to think "this is a mistake"...
It's hard to explain such concepts in english for me, I hope this was clear enough.
Ok, back to the code now
Oh... this is how real Rhodeses are... ehem... I mean... broken Rhodeses...MaliceX wrote:All sharps/flats after middle C seem to have a bit of a 'muted' bell sound only, rather than the body tone with it. (it still exists on the WHITE notes though)
