Problems with registring zebra2

Im using orion platinum v7,5 as host.

I registred zebra2 with username and password that was mailed to me.
now my zebra is giving me a messege: fading out for ***
How can i solve this mather ?? plz help

I used the letter Ø in my username, can this be the problem ?
I am not able to use it now, it fades out
