High Pitched Synth for Hip Hop

Anyone here have 'Reason' as well...there's a preset instrument called 'hiphop' which is a high pitched synth.

Does anyone know of an equivalent that would work on receptor ?

I've just got Atmosphere - but all the synth sounds (fantastic though they are) seem to be more 'ambient' im looking for something more direct.

I don't really know what you are looking for, but I expect (from your description) that you might wish to try one of the analog emulations (eg. pro53, imposcar, oddity, .....).
