I've done some tweaks... ;)

Little bug: Note that you cannot embed VST editors in the MPA. Next version: Menu option will be disabled for VST plugs.

I've been playing around with the musynth and I really like how you can generate the random waveforms. Can those be saved outside of the patch so say I come up with some favorite waveforms in different patches I can put them together in another patch?

Yes: rightclick the waveform display and there you got a rich context menu also containing "Load" and "Save". And copy and paste to copy waveforms around in the same patch or other patches in the same session.

Hey, if you come up with some nice patches you wanna share, email them to me and i'll include them in the library :)

Insert Kontakt2, load up a sample set (ns_kit7), wire up eight outs to a mixer strip and the mixer to the audio out.
Double click the audio out to get "Nothing to edit". All well and good.
Click the mixer strip and... err...

Repeat: the "Nothing to edit" has appeared on clicking once on the mixer strip. I was about to double-click it...

Here's what it looks like when the message box isn't popped up:

I've found a "bug" but this hapenned just once:
Open a new session, draw a new sequence then insert an audio part (choose an existing audio file in). Hit Play and try to split the audio file while playing those 2 tracks. Result: the computer freezes.

I've restarted my computer and now everything is back to normal so i couldn't reproduce this strange thing again.

Well it hapenned again. More details about it:
I set loop from the beggining to bar 2, the sequence goes from the beggining to bar 8, the audio file starts at bar 3 and goes to bar 12. Tried to split the audio at bar 6 while playing the project.
The computer freezes again.
If you'd like i'll send you the project.
Thanks :)

Gemada, I also noticed this lockup with the divide tool. Only with dividing an audio track and only if transport:play was in effect and only (at least for me) in Vista.
In winvista it does it every time. With the motherboard sound and asioforall the lock up can be gotten out of with the task manager. I've also a Creative e-mu usb-404 with the latest vista specific drivers. With that, it locks up solid, needing a system restart. On another older slow winxp intel system the divide tool does not lock it up (at least for me)

Guitarfrodo, thanks for your reply :)
In my case i have windows xp with sp2, realtek HD audio onboard and asio4all installed.
BTW, in Luna pr8.4 with the same configuration and the same project this doesn't happen.

Can't immediately repeat this here, working properly as far as i can see.

Is this specific when plugging in Kontakt?

Indeed a bug, a nasty one!

Will be fixed in the next version, coming asap.

I'll try to reproduce it again -- it was happening every time with K2...

Nope, today I can't trigger it.

:?

But it does remind me: is there a shortcut to normalise the panner (i.e. centred, normal width)?

Yes: Alt+click. The same for knobs and sliders.

I've been thinking: In Public Beta C, something has changed, which could be the reason of that crash. Hopefully that was the reason.
