How do you change instruments on the sampler

I want to scroll through the difrent instruments on the sampler
but It does not explain in detail how to really set up the instruments
for example I would like to play a piano then I would like to play a drumkit.
How can I set this up?

Just change your midi input channel to the corresponding instrument.
