so what happened? Did you forget where you left it or is it just broken?eduardo_b wrote:You, personally? Me too.DHR53 wrote:I have Logic...

Both, actually.Hink wrote:so what happened? Did you forget where you left it or is it just broken?eduardo_b wrote:You, personally? Me too.DHR53 wrote:I have Logic...

That's true.. But I found myself speaking for KVR members on the Reaper forum, with no authority. I knew that even though I was probably right, I was a little out of line. KVR members can and do speak quite well for themselves most of the time.hseiken wrote:Concerning the thread topic, I could ask the same of ReNoise. Pointless, though...if people are unhappy with their host, they'll look somewhere else. If they find Reaper or ReNoise or xxx to be more akin to what they want to use, by God, I think they might actually buy it.
won't change anything ... trust me, i've tried extensiveley ...tomg wrote:Maybe a similar XT2 thread would be a good idea.

you should consider to combine some vote-points, as there's more for me to choose than just one point ... if that isn't possible, the whole thing gets not tooo representative (if it can be at all) ...
nevertheless, it's a great idea to put this thread on .. hope justin reads this ...
What I just said about Justin... Ditto.brok landers wrote:won't change anything ... trust me, i've tried extensiveley ...tomg wrote:Maybe a similar XT2 thread would be a good idea.
Yeah I felt I had to vote for midi even though people tend to assume midi = piano roll editing and sequencing (and sometimes notation) whereas for me its more about the live player midi features such as good automation support and things like midi phrasing and midi fx. Ideally I'd see these as separate things.tomg wrote:I know!brok landers wrote: @tom g:[/b]

It may not be possible to create a perfect poll before you take a poll and find out what the questions should be. Single option polls are the worst. That's why I added a catch all "not on the list" option.
Whether Justin reads this or not, it may or may not be any more useful in the end because I think most of this is already well known. Not even the numbers are all that surprising.
I assume you've been on the reaper forums? The s/n ratio there, even in relevant threads, is absurdly low. That's not a sign of a generally intelligent and helpful userbase.aMUSEd wrote:I'm fed up with this mythology about "Reaper users" again and again - frankly it's just insulting nonsense. There are constructive people that use Reaper and a few trolls like there are constructive people and a few trolls who use FL or Cubase etc - same as anything, you get stupid kids and sensible adults using it at the same time. There is nothing different per se about people who use Reaper.
