possible fine tuning:
Mixdown to audio file - it would be very comfortable to have a dialogue ask you whether you want to import it automatically. The way it is, you tend think 'where's my audio file?'.
:)
You have to choose a destination audio file so i'm confident the user knows where he has put it.
Slight misunderstanding - I meant to say that it could confuse some people to find that an audiofile does not get imported automatically and they would go 'hey, where's my file in the arranger window'.
I agree though, optional would be the best of both worlds.
Just 4 my curiosity: Does other hosts auto reload a rendered audio file?

(anyway, i've added your suggestion to the whishlist)

Now that yo mention it, neither Renoise nor Logic defaults to auto import ... :oops:

Renoise pretty much does it the MU:LAB way, Logic asks you.

In the composer you mean?

Note that you can also right-click the timebar for more contextual options!

You can split a part using the splitter tool.

Open the sequence editor.
Right-click background -> Edit -> Choose Grid -> 1/64th
Right-click background -> Sequence -> Quantize Notes

It's On the whishlist.

You have to chose an existing audio file.

The last chosen folder is memorized, so if you always save to the same folder, you won't have to re-choose the folder.

It all has to do with which Target is used.

The PWMod part targets a MuSynth itself, the vogel part targets a Rack.

Each kind of target has its own parameters.

Hope this helps.
