Zebra issue please help

I registred zebra2 with username and password that was mailed to me.
now my zebra is giving me a messege: fading out for ***
How can i solve this mather ?? plz help

Just to be clear, Z2 originally said "Registered to ***" on startup at some point in the past?

Can you take a screenshot and post it to somewhere like imageshack.us to see the error happening?

As bad luck goes, these weren't sent by me. And that's why the gui fades to black.

Don't buy warez. Never ever.
