Hi,
As I wrote in another thread, I would lie to buy some basic setup (MIDI key+ Sequencer) for my grilfriend for Christmas...

I am considering giving her Mu.Lab (free or not, we'll see)
The problem is...she doesn't speak english at all and only understands a few words...

Is Mu.Lab available in different languages, possibly Italian?
I could help transalte it in case you need it ;-)

cheers!

Unfortunately not multi-language

not even planned? if you need translation into italian i am here...:-)

Post

No, not yet planned at the moment.

The biggest problem with multi-language is maintenance!

An application as MU.LAB evolves very fast, a lot of improvements, tunings and new features on lets say 1 year.

And so every supported language translation should be updated too all the time. That's definitely a important extra job...

To be honnest: it's not the first time i got this question, recently someone also requested a french version.

I will put a note on the whishlist and see what i can do.

Eventually as a kind of "add-on" feature.

I think by 'eventually' Jo means 'maybe'.

I wouldn't have been this smartass if the two concepts weren't pretty much diametrically opposed to one another and thus a source of confusion.

It's a bit of a German/Dutch (or Flamish!) mistake to make I think.

:D

Yeah I got the same meaning..here in Italy "eventualmente" (often confused with the English word "eventually") has the meaning of "maybe"...

I wouldn't need a translation, just for my grlfriend. and I of course understand that translations are very dfficult to keep updated...

Snap!

I'd just looked it up in my dizionario on a hunch. Seems like a general Euro vs English thing.
