Ivory Italian Grand Receptorized yet?

I did find the ears..due to the preinstalls, they wrapped them and stuffed them in the foam..almost impossible to find...so xcuse my craziness..but running my buns off, doing a lot of gigs, trying to shop and in the middle of it all rcving my Recptr..its killing me to run and just have it sit there..
By the way, what kind of rack are you guys using for live gigs? I dloaded the manuel b4 I even fire it up so I can do things correctly..mentions using a standard 19" open rack..great for in the studio, keeping in mind overheating,
Im thinking of the best rack I can utilize to keep temps normal when gigging.
Anyone mount fans on a standard 2 space rack case for ventilation? I know guys who even drill holes in a standard rack box to get ventilation around their units but I figured I would ask b4 even attempting to mount this.
