Reason Files (REX etc.) on a receptor ?

Hi

Is there agreement on what program is best to play files created in reason in Receptor.
I know there is the uniwire solution - but Im having a few problems getting UNIWIRE to work. I know the network connection is ok as I can configure receptor from my pc - but when I select uniwire in the receptor, there is a pause - and it just reverts back to the original setting (ie. receptor off).
Do any of you use any programs to get files such as REX files or apple loops to work on Receptor ? Im no expert here - but is there a way to get them working on RMX stylus or something (there seems to be a 'SAGE CONVERTOR" program I can see on my cd). Its a long shot - but maybe there is something else I could use.

In order to keep responses free from swearing (;)), Id appreciate it if we didn't mention Kontakt. Quite frankly both MUSE and Native Instruments should be ashamed of themselves for letting the situation of Kontakt working on Receptor turning into such a farce.

Hi Mark,

I usually use the Sage converter file to convert REX files into a format loadable by Stylus RMX. I typically convert my REX file folders with SAGE converter on a Mac/PC, then copy all of the converted files from the Mac/PC Sage folders to the Sage folder on my Receptor. Then I just instantiate RMX on the Receptor, and the files load.

I have done this from a number of 'NineVoltAudio' REX libraries, as well as REX libraries from BigFishAudio. It works pretty seamlessly.

My next hope from RMX is that Spectrasonics makes a way to chain multiple loops together into a full song, or switch chain-links based on a pedal (or some such thing). This would be much more useful for both performance and composition.
