I used mine with XP MCE for a couple months without any problems. Then again, I have heard a lot of horror stories about using MCE on a DAW, yet I personally have never had a single problem in over a year using it.

yeah, it can take it, but not necessary. I read in the manual you can change the "pad curve" setting to deal with this (just like the knobs have an acceleration curve). There are 9 velocity response curves. It can be a fixed velocity too so maybe yours is set to a fixed value that is high.

the axiom 25 is now spreading its funny new odor in my studio :D

one thing though, maybe one of you can help...sampletank, sonik synth and miroslav orch standalone versions are not responding to the axiom pads. Keys work ok.

I loves mines!!!!
I just wish i wold have got a 61 so i could have some sliders.
But like most in this thread, been a year or so since i got it and it is great and reliable for me!
