tried to get this question answered on the EasrWest forum to no avail
will Receptor be "Play" compatible in the forseeable future?
my understanding is the Play engine is rather a cpu hog, but a receptor pro
should be up to the task...yes...no...
any info would be highly appreciated

just a major bump.
i picked up EW Ministry of Rock just now and would love to be able to use this on the receptor instead of the PC! (let alone the other packages that are being put out on PLAY in the short term.)
any news, updates, or dates for when or if the PLAY engine may happen for receptor?!

I'm very interested in seeing Play in Receptor. Especially when EWQLSO Play version is released. Yes, I can still use the Kompakt version, but the PLAY version seems much more user friendly compared to the clunky Kompakt version. Plus I'd like to offload some CPU usage as well from my main DAW.

I'm waiting to hear what they announce at NAMM on the 17th. The Entire East/West line (the first line products anyway) will be on Play by year's end. I think RA and Choirs are the next two after Symphonic.
If Komplete users can't upgrade to 5, if Play won't be supported and Sample Tank 2.5 isn't supported ...well these boards will be unreadable and the threads will read like they did in January last year. That's no fun for vendors or users alike.

EWQLSO Silver Pro XP seems to be NOT available anymore in stores!
Instead, Symphonic Orchestra Silver Complete PLAY.
Is the RECEPTOR Installer still compatible with the "new" EWQLSO Silver ??
Or should I get the "old" EWQLSO Silver on ebay and such... ?
