Getting a faded out error and cannot access any of the sounds.
When I initally install the program it works

Sounds like you might not have a legal key. Did you purchase it directly from the Share-it link off of u-he.com?
If you got your key there just send a support email to anybody at u-he dot com and tell them the name/email address you registered with and they'll get it straightened out.
