Zebra not remembering what it learned

Regardless of my previous posts zebra does not respond to cc's after Live7 is restarted.I have cc's 97 and 104 learned the midi map text file :
97=PCore:X_1 //Core:X1
104=PCore:X_2 //Core:X2
97=PCore:X_1 //Core:X1
104=PCore:X_2 //Core:X2

Here, the problem is the same in both Zebra2 and Zebralette, but in ZebraCM it
works, all using Reaper.
The right things are written to the files, and stays there after exiting, but when opening Zebra2 again, the file becomes empty.

Ok... got it definately working okay on Mac.
I assume everybody experiencing the bug is using the Win version?

Hello Been lusting for, and just purchased Zebra2 today!
I have the same problem pretty much - MIDI Learn assignments are not remembered in Sonar6 or Tobybear Minihost (1.64).
