Help! How do I record music from the vst's?

'ello. I downloaded Maize, and I have a bunch of plugins, but I have absolutely no idea how to record! Please help! I looked in the manual, but it isn't really helping. Thanks.

I don't know if Maize studio can record, if it could, it would be only a one-track deal.
