How do I load up these great new presets?
Where do they get unzipped to ?

Copy the randomizer into each folder, and once you get a lot of keepers,
rename it in all caps, so you can spot it easily, Also focus repeatedly on sounds that you like, you will get surprising variety from just one quality preset. Over and over and over

Does the randomizer create a new, "out of the blue" preset?
Or does it use the current preset as a basis?

The randomizer is a text file. In it you can find a "percentage" that you can change. That is the percentage to which the knobs of your *current* presets are turned.
