i've searched the docu all over but couldn't find this one:
how do u access the Event List Editor ?
is it a alt+double click on the (midi)part ?
or is it a double click in the value 2 editor ?

Right-click a part -> "Part -> Edit in List Editor".
Or from the sequence editor:
Right-click -> "Edit in List Editor".
Or from the sequence editor:
Right-click -> "Edit in List Editor".
