Set an argument to a specific value

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to give the user a control to set an argument to a specific value. For example, to reset a gain to 0dB or to centre a pan pot by clicking on a button?

Not that I've seen, I think that would have to be added to the arguments. From what I can tell, there's no way to have a 'meta' control that changes an argument's value.
