When I try to use tune files I got from Wusikstation Zebra 2 freezes up. It shows them in the browser but clicking on them does not load them and eventually freezes my computer. :help:

Oh... there was a problem recently with .tun files that do not have an extended Anamark section... I wasn't sure if I had it fixed or not...

Can you convert them to use the Anamark synthax?

On the other hand, maybe I can add a fix quickly... we'll see...

What is the anamark syntax? Can I use DailyEdit? Why don't you put some up for download. Or I would gladly do it myself if I knew how.

i tried to use tune-files from Rapture in Zebra, but Zebra didn't load them.
How to convert them and with which app?

Thanks

D'oh... all .tun files I found on the net have an Anamark section, as have those that come with i.e. Linplug Alpha etc.

Can each of you send me one of yours to anybody@u-he.com? - maybe I can figure out what's wrong and just fix it.

Urs, I could not find anamark .tun files on the net. Get me an URL. I found Scala.Tun files in Rapture, Tun files w/ Angelina and then all the Wusikstation .Tun files. I can attach one or the other to an email but isn't there a simple explanation for this? And irony is Anamark (the synth) has Septa and Penta Tun files with it??? Whaaa!

Anamark was the first synth to support "exact tuning" which was then widely adopted by other synths. That's why the "exact tuning" is also refered to as Anamark section. .tun files exported by Scala should normally have this.

Please send a file of yours over for review. That's the only way to find out what's going on. It would definately be helpful to fix any bugs.

Thanks for sending!

They look normal, I'll check it out.
